Clear Creek Canyon Road is a section of U.S. Route 6 linking Idaho Springs and Golden.  We took this photo from a vista in Lookout Mountain Park.

Golden greeted us with a warm welcome, but we still needed winter coats.  Golden was a cute town where he had fun shopping in quaint shops, walking down the main drag, and staying and dining at the cute Table Mountain Inn.
