Hot Stuff

We ate delicious pizzas cooked in this 1,000°F wood-fired brick oven.  Our pizzas were even more unusual because of the non-traditional flavors we choose (e.g. brussel sprouts) for toppings.  Our pizzas were tasty, light, crisp, and cooked through-and-through.  We definitely appreciated the craftsmanship of the oven and pizzas!
