Moultrie Technical College, Moultrie, Georgia, USA
This rotunda at Moultrie Technical College was designed by Ned's brother Alan early in his career. Alan is an architect based in the Southeastern USA. Alan worked to improve and modernize the looks of this school while at the same time preserving the original feel of the institution.
